
Book Fair
Reading Bridge is passionate about bringing a complete and memorable experience to Bay Area students. In order to promote a culture of literacy, we work closely with school partners to select books reflective of their student body. Diverse and inclusive stories are the bedrock of a healthy literary experience and student empowerment. We don’t simply rely on publishers to tell us what books are popular, we utilize wish lists submitted by teachers and librarians who know their students the best.
Ensuring your fair is run smoothly is fundamental to our work. We keep it simple and do not charge schools for delivery, pick up, staffing, equipment, or volunteer training. Dedicated staff members will work with your school from the preparation stage, through fair week and post-fair follow up.
And don’t forget, It's a fundraiser*! Reading Bridge donates a sliding scale percentage of sales back to your school. Last school year, Reading Bridge donated $46,000+ to Bay Area schools!

*Pay-it-forward: Some schools will return a portion of their donation back to Reading Bridge to help fund book fair experiences for local Title 1 schools.
